Also worth noting is that this couple doesn't seem to be playing a lot together recently. I'm happy to further work with any member there on this (and if not everything in this post is in their notes, we can hopefully add that as well). These hands have been sent to the recorder for review, and we're just waiting to hear back on the final outcome. While I don't know for certain, I am fairly sure these two live together. Lets imagine that this is the score sheet for hand 1. Never played bridge before Heres an introduction to bridge. WVa 30 This Duplicate must be sent to the Anditor daily, with train reports. At the end of a session, we can then compare the scores of each pair who held the same cards. A m't Paid, Carthage 1 2 Clearwater 3 4 5 Natural Bridge Jan.
#CLEARWATER DUPLICATE BRIDGE SERIES#
I'll now present a series of bids/leads that seem pretty questionable, and allow you guys to be the judge. Duplicate bridge means that the same hands are played at multiple tables. Sure enough, the current pandemic has brought this pair to BBO, and I managed to figure out their usernames since I'm a director for our virtual games and they fell under our list of friends since they've played there within the last year. They also didn't play at our club too often either, although it was their home club. I don't think this pair has acted unethically against me recently because I'd pretty clearly have one eye on them and one eye on the auction/play of the cards. The problem with their actions at the club is I was never able to see their auctions or their leads in order to consider whether the hand should be filed or not. They have a decent amount of Masterpoints but no finishes of note in any big event as far as I know. Don't think I'm alone in my suspicions either, as one of the best Bridge players in the world, one who's held in high regard by everyone on this website, very rarely plays at the CDBC for the same reason (I won't out this person, but they are more than welcome to comment here if they so choose). This is a couple who generally place in the lower-mid 60's every time they play, and while one member of this pair actually seems to be a genuinely good player (although he's brushed off every offer I've ever made to play, I wonder why?), the other's skills are.limited, which makes you wonder how they do so consistently well.
#CLEARWATER DUPLICATE BRIDGE CODE#
No one, as far as I know, has been able to crack the code behind what they may be doing. There's a pair at this club who have been rumored to been engaged in suspicious activity at the table for a very long time.
